My name is Yolanda favors I have been trying to resolve this issue with these phones in the service. I have tried to contact the ram who sold me the phones I have called on the phone civil time Twain to get this matter resolved but to only be given the run around I'm a new customer with Wireless service. I do not wanna do business with AT&T I want this matter resolved because I feel like I have not been treated fairly just given the run around cent go to the AT&T store theyll take the phone bank even though is ** days payers I turn off the phone I'm told it you still have to pay $*** for the phone but I tried to contact a rip but she never call me back she call me back yesterday the do when I try to call a back was I notice she calls she didn't answer I takes through on just morning she takes owl I didn't get your message re seen it are receiving no response from her this is high **T do business with their customer I have been on the phone several times talking to rips and I don't feel like I've been treated very fairly please help me resolve this issue in returning these phones and clear my name
