I have explained my situation many times and to know all the details please pull up my account....****-***-****. *I have exhausted myself on the phone today over nearly * hours total *calling more than one number. I have been taken advantage of after being charged for premium movie channels I expressed I didn't want when I first started with your service. My biggest fault is trusting your company would respect my wishes. I had surgery in February and was not sorting through all my bills carefully till the first of May. I never had troubles like this with Comcast for** yrs.*I have started a Conversation on FB about your way of doing business.*I only asked that my bill started now at $** per month and not for the credit I am owed. I have yet to find a job since being released from my Dr. *I am in a on a fixed income right now.*I believe maybe I should have never dropped Comcast. I will continue my online conversation about AT&T and decide what my next step will be. You have given me some credit but I am due more. Arturo was the most helpful of all I have spoken to.
