Hi, my name is Jeanne Spurlin and the phone number associated with my account is **********. on Feburary *nd i cancelled my account with ATT and switched to Tmobile. I was told on the phone my lines were all cancelled and my final bill would process and be sent to me. I was also told (and had requested) that all payment arrangements not be processed through my account. Since feb **th when the cancellation should have taken effect i talked with multiple people and have continually been told all of my lines were cancelled and the final bill was being processed until ****** when yes i received my final bill. I wss charged for a line which wss still active that i was unaware of AND also on *** my account was debited ***.** which I had specifically asked, and was assured would not be processed. I called as soon as I saw that my account was charged and spoke with multiple people, i believe it was ****. I finally was transferred to management team member and explained the situation. He attempted to reverse the ***.** payment but was unable to and assured me if I contact my bank they should be able to reverse the withdrawal as it was unauthorized. I contacted my bank and heard back from them yesterday that there wss nothing they could do until they received something from ATT stating that they are not able to credit my account and that if Service Credit Union submits a claim that it will not be denied and it needs to be on ATT letterhead. I need to resolve this matter ASAP as I have * pre k chikdren I need to feed and keep warm. If you could email the requested statement to *****@***.com it would be appreciated.
