I am writing for my Mother. Willie Randall at **** Forest Ln. * *** is a customer and a Senior. Recently her AT&T landline and her basic cable has gotten mixed up, they are two separate bills.**I called on this a month or so ago and was told that if she wants one bill she would have to get Uverse... My Mom is happy with and is within what she budgets for. *She pays monthly, the payment somehow goes to the home phone and NOT he basic cable. I asked, that since my Mom has her phone and cable to send one bill, I was told that the landline department is separate from her basic cable and they can’t*won’t do anything about it.**Now, my Mim has a termination notice... **I always ask for calls regarding my Mom be documented in the notes, so that something like this would not happen.**As you can imagine or have experienced an Independent Senior, who pays her bills on time experiencing this...**My name is Pamela Harris, I’m Willie’s daughter, my number is ***.***.****. **Can someone please contact me regarding resolving this issue?
