Attempted to discuss my account with three Representatives. I was on the phone one hour before I could get my questions answered. The first representative Kadian was having technical issue with her computer that took twenty five minutes I advised her that she needed to get her supervisor attention and let them no that her system was not working . The only solution the supervisor had was to put me back in Que. I would have done better just redialing the number myself. The second Rep shanice was very unhelpful we were disconnected she never attempted to call me back or contact me by email. The third representative shenae was also unable to assist with my billing complaint I had to ask her to transfer me to the retention department before I make a decision if I am going to cancel my there services that is in a bundle and go with another outside provider. I called on match **, ******** first call took place at *pm it is now *:**pm and I am still on hold. My *** *** ****. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
