My husband and I have been an at&t customer for many years now.** I traveled to Canada in late August and my Sept bill was shocking. I called the day I recieved the bill and talked to * different departments and last to customer loyalty. **I was offered an option To Increase my service plan and add direct tv now , which I did. I was told my bill would be corrected to reflect the new plan and agreement. **My bill reflects past due charges that were not adjusted as I had agreed to the increased fee per month plan. **I would like the August travel charges adjusted off the bill as we agreed, and my bill to reflect it's current paid status. It's on autopay and we should be up to date. **I'd also like to understand my new cell plan as I'm concerned about rates and overages.**Many thanks,*Katherine Desai
