I am writing you because I have been corresponding with AT&T premium department various agents and other various departments trying to resolve the issue of re-activating my cellular phone ***-***-**** . Initially I had called AT&T about disconnecting the cell phone ending in ****, and they turned off my mainline ***-***-**** and they have not been able to reestablish the line for over a week . They have escalated this on every occasion that I have talked with an AT&T agent there has been at least three cases filed regarding this issue with various AT&T agents within the loyalty program. Ceasar is the last supervisor that I spoke with today August ** at * PM and he stated that he did not wanna leave me on hold and that he would return my call as soon as possible he did not return my about getting the reactivation restored. I have been sent to the AT&T store hours at least on two occasions and I have switched Sim cards three times the last time they had me to purchase another one at AT&T store even after changing Sim cards doing an internal credit check nothing nothing has been done to resolve turning my main line on. After speaking with the att agent, I poignantly *** that no other line be cut off until the old *** number is restored. AT&T also cut off ***-***-**** and I had to call back again to get them to restore the line as I’m running out of lines to use. I am adamant about reactivating *** ***-**** as I have had this number for over ** years and it is impossible for me to try to use another number because of all of the doctors clinic‘s teachers schools that I have communicated with over the last ** years have no one to call me on the ***-***-**** and this is been an unimaginable inconvenience . Can someone please PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!
