We emailed and texted our sales person and got no response so now through here!**Hello,***A couple months ago you signed us up for AT&T phones to bundle with a our new DirecTV and at&t internet.***We have to say we are highly dissapointed in the performance of all this.**In Jurupa Valley were we live our android devices most of the time have bad internet some places even none.***The simcard for our tablet never got delivered***Our DirecTV has way less channels then what we got on Spectrum for the same price (would be nice to know)****We never got the $*** visa card that was promised in the promotion.***So as you can see we are not happy campers and are debating cancelling it all!****Please tell us what can be done to resolve this.****Sincerely,***Aisha Prins****** Camino Real ******Jurupa Valley, CA,******
