I needed only information about TV services and said very clearly I did not wish to order anything at all, at the timer of the conversation. They told me once I made a decision to let them know!! Not long after this conversation, I rec'd. an "Order Confirmation *" for TV and Internet!! with prices higher than I was offered!! I called right away to cancel the order and spoke to Khadigah and gave Cancellation No. **********. Sent email to AT&T explaining the whole matter. My Landlord is aware of the problem, and will not allow any installation services. I will also contact the FTC letting them know about AT&T's outrageous, deceiving and illegal business practices, taking advantage of people, especially of seniors. Thank you, and hope you understand my frustration. This should not happen to anybody, at all!!
