I was trying to have them wave a late fee. I'm never late with any bills. I gather my bills and pay them all. I thought I had paid everything and filed all the statements in my file. I actually never paid this one but filed it. I told them the truth. I could of said I never got the bill. Being honest isn't one of their attributes. ... *********I have been a card member since ****. I recently thought I paid my bill that was Due ******. I went to the my file when I received a call indicating it was not paid and discovered I had file the statement but never made the payment. I called to have the $**.** fee removed and they refused to do so. I will no longer do business with CITI AT&T Universal and also let everyone I know what happened to me after being a loyal customer for ** years.**Jean M. O'Connor ****
This was frustrating because I use that card all the time and I always paid my bills. Been a customer for seventeen years. Now I'll be using another card.
Wave the fee. It was uncalled for them to charge me for being late when I told them the truth.
I am writing to a letter to Corporate and will call again to speak with a Manager not a supervisor . Then going to spread this on social media how their long term customer was treated.
