I had purchased a flight with ANA a long time ago (pre-coronavirus). The flight was booked with a travel agency Vayama but the charge was made directly to ANA. When my flight was abruptly cancelled because of the developing coronavirus situation, I thought that I would get my money back as the flight was actually cancelled, so NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED. My travel agent has been sending updates , working diligently to resolve this issue, but ANA has been opaque about its customer service issues, and has not been able to provide a refund or even an update about what is the status of our money, which they acquired through fraud (claiming to provide a service , then reneging on those services after cancelling the service). Other airlines (Singapore airlines) refunded our money immediately, yet you have refused. Why ?
