I visited your store in District Heights, MD last Saturday, **-*-**. I bought a bunch of produce with * bags of green beans & * bags of brussel sprouts being amongst the haul. I went to cook them for tiday, Sunday, **-**-** & noticed how rotted one bag of the beans is & one bag of the sprouts is. Before you ask, I stored them all the same way! My storage habits are the same all the time. So, it isn't anything I did. You ask your store how many people asked for other bags because of the rotted ones. Also, if this helps, one of your registers broke down & this super pleasant, energetic woman had to move us over to another lane despite some customers being unruly about it. She carried herself like a trooper while a little bit of cursing & anger was thrown about by a couple of customers. So, ask about that. Anyhoo, I wish I'd have opened the beans & looked at them more thoroughly as many of the bags were bad. I didn't know they just zipped closed & weren't sealed. Next time........ That day, people were asking if more were available. I assumed I was lucky but, to my dismay, I wasn't. The other bags of beans had several bad beans but, not as many as this one. Only one of the sprouts had too many to pass as a good bag. My complaint is that I can't afford to run back & forth to your store & you feign customer savings as a reason why you don't provide numbers any more. This is bad customer service & I'm sure you don't care because the bottom line is money & not the people. Automation & disconnecting from human to human interaction is your goal as with all the other greedy monopolies. I would like my money back or a gift card or a call to the store to alert them of my name to get a few bags free on my next trip. Unfortunately, I'm forced to have to revisit since this is the only way to "talk" to you & this leaves me either "BEGGING" for a resolution of MT MONEY being spent or for me to have to count it as a loss. The latter is NOT an option as I don't have disposable income. Don't get me wrong, I like many of your items. It's your fake martyr motto ("passing the savings yada yada" ) that's in question. I need these few small items resolved please. Btw, the name is Rose. Looking forward to hearing from you very soon. Thanks.
