The issue in GetHuman-carlmick's own words
I had a new adjusted monthly payment of $**.**, plus tax, issued **********. Previously my payments were auto-paid through my online banking on the **th of each month. I did not see a payment withdrawn for this month. Instead I received a paper statement yesterday for October and December combined ($***.**). Why must I pay for December in advance? **Please see that I still have auto-pay in place for the **th of each month.**Thank you, Frances Mickens*Cust. * *********
