The issue in GetHuman-guyboyd's own words
I previously had issues with ADT customer support and was transferred to your resolution team. They resolved the issue by giving me a Nest thermostat and upgrading my ADT pulse with as new * year contract and scheduled the install and upgrade for this Friday the *th of February.*Since then, my son has installed a Nest thermostat as a gift to me. My question is, can ADT give me a garage door opener instead of the thermostat since I now have one. If not, then we should consider canceling the install*upgrade and new * year contract. Please respond with what ADT can do.
