I signed up for a trial back in November of ****. I had entered my payment information and was planning paying monthly for the subscription after the trial period. *However, when the trial month ended, I was unable to log in to the account and was prompted to enter my payment information a second time to continue the subscription. I had emailed customer service at the time and was told that they needed my credit card information in order to look up my account but I am not comfortable sharing that info via email.* I have been trying to contact customer service over the phone but haven’t been able to speak to a person. * My reason for this email is this* although, I have not had access to the account since November of ****, abcmouse.com has been charging $*.** to my card since December of **** (* months *.***mo*$**.** in total!!) * Because I have not had access to the account, I have not been able to cancel the subscription that I’ve been charged for all these months. This is, clearly, an abcmouse error and I need to be reimbursed in the full amount of $**.**. *Please contact me in regards to this matter. **Karissa Bankston***********
