Get my car repaired. ... AAA towed my Mercedes to their shop for repairs. Then, said they could not do what was needed to repair it. Then, AAA refused to tow it back to my house, after several auto mechanics in the area were too busy to take the car. AAA wanted to charge me for another tow service, to bring the car back to my house, after the shop said they could not do the work. So, it sat in AAA's shop, unable to be repaired. While it was sitting, it mysteriously disappeared? When I came to get it, it was gone. They said they had it towed away because it was sitting too long, but, they never called or wrote me to tell me they were going to tow it. Then, they COULD NOT tell me which company towed it, so, I could not go get it out of impound. THEN, they fired one of their employees. I suspect it was because he had someone tow my car away and steal it. They won't share the video camera footage, nor will they give me the paperwork for who signed for the tow. They are covering it up, and, I'm out a Mercedes.
What they do not realize is that they are breaking the law by not cooperating with me to provide me with the video footage of who actually towed the car off of their lot. That is person who stole it.
I want the information they have on which one of their employees signed for the tow (there must be a signature) and the video footage of the tow company. This way, I can call the police and report the car stolen.
I am a good customer because I trusted AAA to tow the car to a AAA repair facility ... and then trusted them with the repair. Which, they never did.
I have tried speaking with them. They keep not saying anything and refuse to provide me with useful information to help retrieve my car.
