My family and I drove from Michigan to Ohio. We were headed to Great Wolf Lodge. Our van stopped working on south I ** just before exit ** in Dayton Ohio. AAA road side assistance, which we have, did not act promptly and did not seem to know how to contact us when we were told we would be about a tow truck. My family was stranded on a busy highway with my * and * year old during busy traffic. We were told many different times. I had to walk down I ** to get to a safe location while my husband was waiting for a tow truck for TWO HOURS on the busy highway in the rain. We got to our hotel at ***pm. My initial call to AAA was just after *. Our stay at great Wolf Lodge was ruined for my children last night. Also the tow driver that was sent never had my husband sign any papers didn’t ask for ID and he also didn’t provide any ID. I feel like we should be compensated for our night we lost due to the lack of care and LACK prompt service. We were set back hours!
