On Sunday **** I called the number for Roadside Assistance because we had a car in the ditch and needed to have a tow truck try and come out to pull the car out of the ditch. The first person I talked to was not much help. She told me that I needed to have a physical address but I did not have that because it happened on a state highway at *:** pm. I also could not provide a mile marker because of the same reason. She also told us that we needed to be in the car to be able to use the AAA service. We are not going to sit in the car and freeze to death while we wait. She then transferred me to someone in Minnesota which happened to be in Minneapolis, MN which is about ** miles north of where our car is located. I had to explain the story all over again at which time she said that she would transfer me to someone in Minnesota that could help me. This transfer took me back to the exact same place that I started with. At this time I was extremely frustrated because I could not talk to someone who could offer any kind of assistance. If this is what happens every time that we need assistance then it is not worth it to have AAA and we will cancel our subscription. What good does it do to have AAA if we are unable to use it. To fix the problem, I need to have the vehicle pulled out of the ditch. our member * is *** *** **********. We have only had the subscription for * weeks and if you are unable to help, we would like to know how to cancel our subscription and get our money back.
