I am highly upset! On November **th I made a payment to start my auto policy for the amount of ***.** processed by the agent Stephen shumate! I’ve contacted him to get the due date and the amount to make the payment but he responded saying that the payment didn’t go through however I paid with a card and not a bank account. I have had * different people including management tell me the issue would be resolved and that there’s an issue with a new system. I received a voicemail from Stephen shumate saying he spoke to corporate they’ve checked everything and have found my payment and that my policy is NOT pending cancellation. I called Friday and that was a lie. I was told they don’t know where my payment went due to the new system. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had! I would love for someone to check the information on my account and give me clarity. *Tracey Wesley
