My name is Amber Burnett and I have several issues. The first issue is I called for a tow on a Tues and before hanging up I asked the service rep would I have to be present for my vehicle to be towed. She said no as long as I didn't owe the auto repair shop which I didn't. The driver arrives and calls and said you are not here and I need to see your membership card. I explained that I had already informed the rep I would not be on scene and she said it was ok as long as I did not have a balance with the repair shop. He said he would contact AAA. I never heard anything back.* On Friday I contacted the dealership where the vehicle was supposed to be towed. They did not have my vehicle. I contacted AAA and they said it was not towed it was still at repair shop. No one informed me it was not towed. I spoke to supervisor,Tony, to make a complaint due to the rep giving me incorrect information. I contacted AAA again for a tow to the same dealership and this time I stayed t the repair shop. I was at the repairshop from **am to almost *pm waiting for a tow. The weather was fine and there was no snow.A flatbed tow was sent about * hours but could not tow my vehicle. I had to wait on a tow truck. Meanwhile I keep calling AAA and they keep giving me times for a driver that are incorrect. I am due to renew my membership at the end of the month. After the horrible experience I do not want to pay for a new membership and believe a free membership for a term would help resolve the issue.
