I was involved in a car accident on June ** **** with another AAA member. He's at fault. I have proof and evidence. I am going through his policy claim **********. I have been trying to fix all this issue with the adjuster Daniel Estrella and even manager Lori Strutman at the Costa Mesa, California office. By far the worst customer service. They will and have not returned my calls. Only time I get to talk to them is when they actually answer. She said she had a conclusion for me and would call me back..never did. Triple A has been the worst insurance ever. I am pursuing a lawsuit against the insured and also AAA. All I want is for them to return my calls. I have left numerous voice mails and nothing. I will definitely take this further to BBB. Lori does not deserve to be a manager when she can't even return a simple phone call.
