As well as FIXING YOUR *-ELEVEN APP TO APPLY THE CORRECT POINTS FOR A PURCHASE AND ACTUALLY SHOW ME ALL OF MY PREVIOUS PURCHASES THAT YOUR APP SAYS I SHOULD SEE, BUT DON’T!!! ... I was given a case * *************** and was told that I would get a response within *-* days by email. Well it’s now ******* and I have not received ANY response from * Eleven whatsoever!! Plus I have made * additional purchases of the same since that time as well on *-*-** and the other during the week of *-**-** where all I received was ** points instead of the *** points I was supposed to receive for that purchase!!!! What kind of Incompetent Company am I dealing with that doesn’t have the common decency or respect to follow up on a complaint in the time frame stated by your customer service representative! Furthermore, your * Eleven Rewards app is one of the worst apps I have ever used, if you want to call it an app. Because under the “My Rewards” selection it states that I can see all of my Redeemed Rewards there and nothing not even * of my redeeemed rewards have ever shown up there!!! So, I am demanding that I receive all of the proper points on my previous * purchases totaling *,*** points IMMEDIATELY and that you ALSO fix this ongoing points issue with your app and it’s failure in crediting the correct point value to purchases AND seeing all of my redeemed offers on your app as stated FORTHWITH!! Or else my next contact will be your CEO Mr. Joseph M. DePinto as well as blowing up these issues and the lack of this companies respect for their customers all over social media!!!
