Help with my 2K Sports issue

I own a physical copy of WWE*K** for the XBOX ONE console. The NXT Next Generation DLC pack is downloaded to my console, but none of the characters are available in the character select screen or anywhere else when I play the game. I have tried to download the dlc from the XBOX Marketplace and cannot find the dlc. I even tried restarting my XBOX. Nothing is working. If this situation cannot be resolved by me getting the content that I payed for, then I need to be reimbursed for my purchase.
GetHuman-jsunalbr did not yet indicate what 2K Sports should do to make this right.
