Help with my 1-800-FLOWERS.COM issue

I placed * separate orders ********** with Shari's Berries (*-***-FLOWERS) on line. The first order was for * year free delivery & no service charges ($**.**). The second order was for chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on ********** to my daughter. When I placed the order, I was charged for delivery and service fee! I went on "Chat" with them and explained the situation. They apparently do NOT READ what you write because they kept asking me questions I already answered. Extremely frustrating to deal with!!!! I almost had to ask for some one who could read!!! I FINALLY GOT IT RESOLVED!!! They said they would credit my acct. I have NEVER had a problem with them before, so this was quite a surprise. If you don't want aggravation in your life, don't deal with them for Shari's Berries!!!

GetHuman-gdayfrog did not yet indicate what 1-800-FLOWERS.COM should do to make this right.
