On May 9, [redacted], I ordered flowers for my 88-year-old mother for Mother's Day but mistakenly selected a delivery date two weeks after Mother's Day. I contacted customer service twice to correct the delivery date. The first representative put me on hold for over 12 minutes before I eventually hung up. The second representative informed me that the flowers were only available until May 8 and abruptly ended our call when I inquired about the approval of the order. After a third call, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund, which was successful. Despite being a customer for over 20 years, I am disappointed with the rudeness and lack of training displayed by two out of the three service representatives I encountered. I placed two orders for delivery on Dec. 21, [redacted], but when I received the confirmation, the address was incorrect. Trying to rectify the mistake was challenging due to communication issues and being transferred multiple times without success. Despite initially wanting to just change the address, the prolonged process led me to cancel both orders. Frustratingly, the customer service representatives were unable to provide direct contact with a supervisor or a cancellation number. The continuous delays and inability to resolve the situation left me extremely dissatisfied. This experience has greatly deterred me from using this company in the future.

I made a purchase on January 31, [redacted], with order number WOO[redacted]82a for delivery on February 8. After no delivery or notification, I called on February 9 and was informed about the lack of florists in my area. No refund was issued, and I received no communication regarding the delivery issues. Disappointed with the customer service, I believe some form of compensation, like a gift card, is necessary to address this situation.

The flowers I received were brown and wilted, which I found unacceptable. This is my second time trying to get a refund. I reached out via email on the website but have not received any response. The last call, lasting 32 minutes, ended abruptly after asking to speak to a supervisor. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service received and request a refund of the delivery fee and a credit for a future purchase. Spending almost an hour on an order is unacceptable, especially when my time is valuable.

I placed an order for the Simply Chocolate Deluxe Celebrate Spring basket with product number [redacted]. When I received a picture from my daughter of the basket she got, I was extremely disappointed. The basket she received looked old with red velvet trim and a droopy blue bow. I called customer service and spoke with a representative who had trouble with English and couldn't get the order numbers right. After being on the phone for 56 minutes, I was no closer to a resolution as she repeatedly asked me to repeat information and then tried to transfer my call without any action. This experience was frustrating, and I won't be ordering from your company again. I hope to hear back regarding this matter. On March 4th, I purchased a passport along with an order. The order number for the passport is W[redacted][redacted], with a total of $29.99. Today, as I was trying to place an order for Mother's Day, I was going to be charged $14.99 for shipping. I spoke with a customer service representative who transferred me to another department, but the call was not answered. After calling back with a 20-minute wait, they called me back and I completed the order over the phone due to issues finishing it online. The representative also faced difficulties with the passport, leading to another transfer to a different department where my call was not picked up after a 20-minute hold. The problem remains unresolved, and I require assistance with my passport and the $14.99 shipping fee. I have been struggling with this issue throughout the day. I am located in Vegas, NV.

Upon contacting the local shop, Country Floral LLC in Thorp, WI, she discovered that they hadn't received the order for her address. I intended to order flowers for Mother’s Day, but somehow the delivery date was changed to May 15th, one week later. During checkout, I was informed that the flowers would be shipped by FedEx, only to later discover that the actual delivery would be handled by a local florist. Due to the pandemic, all local florists are closed, leading to concerns about the delivery. Despite trying to contact customer service through various means, I have not received any assistance. The IVR system in place did not help either. If my order cannot be delivered by Saturday, May 9th, I would like to cancel it. It is crucial for me to have the flowers on time for Mother’s Day, and a week later is unacceptable. I had higher expectations for the service and I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

My grandson and his wife surprised me with Mother's Day flowers, but unfortunately, the delivery was mishandled. The flowers were left on my porch last Wednesday and I only found them today when I opened the door. Upon inspection, I noticed some flowers were flat and rose petals had fallen off. Despite putting them in water immediately, the roses seem wilted and some are browning. I am disappointed with the condition of the flowers and believe that they won't last until Mother's Day. The quality is not reflective of the price paid, and I feel they deserve some sort of compensation. I was in the process of ordering flowers for Mother's Day when I linked my PayPal account for payment. The order went through without me being able to review it, and now it's scheduled for delivery on 5/16/[redacted] instead of Mother's Day. I tried to cancel immediately, but the automated chat said it couldn't be canceled. I've tried contacting customer service through their website and waiting on hold for over an hour, but haven't been able to reach anyone. The charges have not been finalized on PayPal or my credit card, so there shouldn't be any issue canceling. I've taken precautions by locking my credit card, but I still need this order to be canceled. The delivery date I requested was May 8, [redacted], but the confirmation email I received indicates May 15. Despite multiple attempts to set the date for the 8th, the system kept defaulting to the 15th. I have been calling daily in an effort to resolve this issue to no avail. The website provided has not been helpful either. I now find myself in a situation where the 8th has passed. If possible, I would like to reschedule the delivery for the 9th, 10th, or 11th. I am disappointed by the poor customer service experience and will not be recommending your company in the future. My family has been loyal customers, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Order #W[redacted][redacted]: I received a call from my mother on Wednesday thanking me for the beautiful flowers. However, when I visited her four days later, most of the flowers had wilted. It's disappointing that the arrangement only lasted a few days and did not hold up well for Mother's Day. I attempted to contact your customer service earlier today but waited for a long time. I then used the call-back service, but unfortunately, no one returned my call. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience ordering flowers for my wife. While I'm away on military deployment, this is my third Mother's Day spent apart from her. When the flowers arrived, she wasn't home, but thankfully, our neighbors helped keep them safe until she returned. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, it was clear that the flowers had been quite damaged. I'm not certain if the current pandemic may have affected the quality, but I eventually asked a friend to order flowers from a local florist on my behalf as a backup. I understand our communication is delayed due to poor internet connection, but I wanted to express my disappointment considering I had hoped the flowers would bring some joy to my wife. I have been attempting to reach 1-[redacted] Flowers customer service since May 9th but have faced a series of issues. I initially tried to call and requested a callback but did not receive one. During my most recent attempt today, I received two callbacks but was disconnected after one ring. After waiting on hold for 47 minutes, I was disconnected. I also tried their chat service three times, but it only provided automated responses and did not connect me to an agent. Despite multiple attempts, including providing my phone number, I have been unable to connect with a representative. My payment was processed on May 7th, the day the Mother's Day gift was supposed to be delivered. I am eager to speak to a live representative from 1-[redacted] Flowers for assistance with this issue.

My wife was gifted two miniature rose bushes for Mother's Day, which arrived in different conditions. One plant (PO # [redacted]) looks dead, while the other is thriving. After contacting the 1-[redacted] number, we were offered a partial refund, which is not satisfactory. I have pictures of both plants to share. The representative mentioned a Lavender Plant as a replacement but later said it was not an option. Can you suggest a similar plant that can be transplanted like the original rose bush? I ordered flowers online for our daughter, Kim Z., in Malibu on May 8th. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th, but did not arrive until May 16th. We were charged double the amount, including a $44 Fedex delivery fee, even though we did not expect a Saturday delivery. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that there were delivery issues in her area and the flowers could only be delivered the following Saturday. The bouquet, which I expected to be a variety of flowers, arrived on Saturday in a box with red roses that were slightly wilted. The clear glass vase and assorted chocolates I ordered were missing. The flowers came unassembled, which was not communicated when I placed the order. Despite being offered a 20% discount on a future order, I am currently not interested in placing another order due to this experience. Yesterday, I placed an order for a funeral wreath in Lufkin, TX for Saturday, May 30th. Sadly, at 7 o'clock, I received a call that the delivery couldn't be fulfilled. This is deeply upsetting as it was for our beloved uncle's service. I wish I had been informed earlier so I could have arranged an alternative. The funeral is at 9 a.m., and if the order can't be fulfilled, we won't have flowers despite paying $[redacted]. The suggestion of sending a plant to his house doesn't make sense. We've been loyal customers but won't be using your services again if this isn't resolved. I'll also be expressing my dissatisfaction to Gipson Funeral Home for recommending your company.
