What if my package is damaged or missing items?

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately. We strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged, but unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur during transit. Once we are notified, our dedicated customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged package or the missing items to expedite the process. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or missing items, or we will issue a refund.
