Most people who forget their username or password to iPledge ask how they can reset their login information. So if you're struggling to log in, you're not alone. If you forgot your username or password, follow these steps.

1. Visit iPledge Website

Go to the iPledge home page. You'll need to log in with your username and password, which you'll have received in an email from iPledge when you registered your account. If you can't log in to your account, reset your password.

2. Choose the Reset Passwords Link

Click on the Reset Passwords link located at the top of any page. Select Forgot Your Password from the left-hand menu. You may get a prompt to enter your username or email address before you continue with this process.

3. Enter Your Member ID

Your Member ID is a unique number you used to log into your iPledge account. Here's how it works:

  • You enter it below your password when the prompt asks you to Enter Your Member ID and Password or when you see the prompt. Your Member ID is the long number next to your email address in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  • Enter your Date of Birth to verify that you have permission to access these systems.
  • iPledge will ask you to enter your email address so it can send a temporary link that will let you change your password via email.
  • To confirm this address, click Send Me My Temporary Password.

4. Create a New Password

You can create a new password for your iPledge account. Follow the steps below:

  • Enter your account number and PIN.
  • Select Create Password from the main menu.
  • Choose a new password. This must be at least eight characters long and not previously used on iPledge.

5. Log in Using Your New Password

Once you've reset your password, you can log in using your new password (and a second-factor authentication method) on the Member Login page. You can change your password at any time by visiting the Password Change page and following the steps to change it.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for iPledge Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like iPledge in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Reset My iPledge Password? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
