Our return policy at eHobbies.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. For this reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a return. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or a non-defective item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
