What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at e2ride Bike Tours is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the tour date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential last-minute cancellations. Please note that e2ride Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather or safety concerns, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
