What is the cancellation policy for the wine tours?

Our cancellation policy for the wine tours is as follows: if you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to offer the spot to another customer. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price will be charged. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour or fail to show up, there will be no refund provided. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make it to the tour. Our goal is to provide a fair policy while ensuring we can accommodate all our customers.
