What is the cancellation policy for Ontime Tours?

The cancellation policy for Ontime Tours is as follows: if a customer needs to cancel a tour reservation, they must notify Ontime Tours at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the tour start time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour, customers will not be eligible for a refund. However, Ontime Tours understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in those cases, they will try to accommodate the customer by rescheduling the tour or providing a credit for future use. It is recommended for customers to contact Ontime Tours customer service directly to discuss any cancellations or changes to their reservation.
