You've had your bitFlyer account for a while now and you'd like to accomplish more with it, right? You're in luck. This cryptocurrency platform has at least three levels called account classes. This guide will show you how to increase your level. Read on to learn more.
This unique platform has at least three account classes: Standby, Trade Class and Trade Pro Class. You are automatically assigned the Standby Class upon registration, but you'll need to provide proper identification to have your account upgraded.
Trade Class allows you to buy, sell and trade cryptocurrencies and USD up to $50,000 daily. You can increase your spending limit or level by providing your identification.
Trade Pro Class has no limits on what you can receive, buy, sell or trade in crypto and USD.
You will need to have your state-issued driver's license or I.D. showing your current address and photo. You will also be asked to provide the back as well as the front of your I.D. or license.
Passport photo pages are accepted but you will need a utility bill issued within the last 3 months as proof of residency.
If your account level is Standby Class, then all you must do to increase your level is complete the Account Information section of your dashboard. You may need to provide your name, address, phone number and income. If you have any questions about the Account Classes, please reach out to bitFlyer's customer service representatives here. You can also reach them through the website.
If you're already at a Trade Class level, then you may need to submit additional documentation or wait until your account is mature enough. This is another case where contacting customer service may be the best solution.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
