Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction and therefore offer refunds and exchanges for eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product. However, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you prefer to exchange the product for a different size or color, simply contact our customer service team, and they will assist you with the exchange process. We value our customers and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
