What is the return policy for wigs?

Our return policy for wigs is designed to provide our customers with complete satisfaction. We understand that purchasing a wig online can be challenging, so we offer a hassle-free return process. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the wig for a refund or exchange, as long as it remains in its original condition, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact. However, please note that wigs that have been worn, brushed, or have had their tags removed are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, costume or party wigs, wig care products, or accessories. It's recommended to contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.
