What is your cancellation policy for wedding packages?

Our cancellation policy for wedding packages at White Willow Weddings is as follows: If you decide to cancel your wedding package within 90 days prior to your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be retained. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your event date, the full package amount will be retained and no refund will be issued. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternatives. While we strive to be flexible and accommodating, please note that cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may result in additional charges for any expenses already incurred. Our team is here to support you throughout your wedding planning journey and will do our best to assist in any way we can.
