Our return policy at Vivaterra.com ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will be happy to assist you in either returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please note that some items, such as personalized and final sale items, are non-returnable. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
