Our return policy for scooters at Urbanscooters.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window for scooters, starting from the date of purchase. However, scooters must be in unused and brand-new condition to be eligible for return. This means that the scooter should not have any signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration. Additionally, all original packaging, manuals, and accessories should be included. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend obtaining insurance and tracking for safety. Upon receiving the returned scooter, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, customers will receive a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that personalized or custom-made scooters are not eligible for return, unless there has been a manufacturing defect.
