Proof of purchase is mandatory for returns, so please keep your receipt handy. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the stated conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
