Can I cancel or reschedule a booked truck?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booked truck with Truckways. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing flexibility to our customers. If you need to cancel your truck booking, you can do so by contacting our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will assist you in canceling the booking and provide any necessary refunds according to our cancellation policy. Rescheduling a booked truck is also possible, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your new preferred date and time. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible for our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
