How Do I Change My Address with TransAmerica?

5. Next, you will be redirected to a login page where you can enter your username and password. You can also click the "Forgot your username" or "Forgot your password?" links if necessary.

6. Enter your username and password to login.

7. On the top of the page, you will see an option for "My Insurance Policies/Certificates". Click that link.

8. From the "My Insurance Policies/Certificates" page, click "Update Profile". You will be taken to a page that will have your personal information on it.

9. You will now check the box next to the Policy or Certificate you would like to update. You will then fill out a form at the very bottom of the web page that will allow you to change your address.

10. After doing all of that, simply click the "Submit" button. Your address will now have been successfully updated.
