Our return policy at Trainparty.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Customers may return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We kindly ask that all returned items are in their original packaging and include all accessories. However, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom items, unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label. We aim to process all returns promptly and issue refunds within 5-7 business days.
