Our cancellation policy at Tptherapy.com is designed to accommodate both our clients and therapists. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to their appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. However, we do understand that emergencies can occur, and we will make every effort to be understanding and flexible in such cases. Our goal is to provide the best care possible while respecting the time and availability of our therapists.
