Our cancellation policy at The Cleaning Experts is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our clients. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum notice of 24 hours. This allows us to effectively manage our schedule and make adjustments accordingly. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we consider these on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency or an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will strive to find a suitable solution. Please note that repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee. Our goal is to ensure our clients receive the best service possible while maintaining a fair and efficient scheduling system.
