If your Telegram account was deleted, unfortunately, it's not possible to recover it. Telegram does not provide a method for account recovery after deletion. If it was a temporary deactivation, you can log back in, but for permanent deletions, you'll need to create a new account.

To update your phone number in Telegram, go to Settings, tap on your phone number, and follow the prompts to enter your new number. To log into your account using your phone number, open the Telegram app, enter your phone number, and follow the verification process. You will receive a code via SMS to confirm your identity. Ensure that you have access to the phone number associated with your account to receive the verification code.

We recommend that you secure your new Telegram account by enabling two-step verification. Inform your contacts that your old account was compromised and advise them not to respond to any messages from it. You can also report the hacked account by following the appropriate reporting procedures within the app. If your old account still exists, you may want to delete it to prevent further issues.

If your cell phone number is banned on Telegram, you can try to appeal the ban by following the instructions in the app or on the website. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity. If the ban persists, consider using a different phone number to create a new account, ensuring that you comply with Telegram's terms of service to avoid future bans.

To receive your activation code for Telegram, simply enter your phone number in the app. Telegram will then send you a verification code via SMS to that number. Make sure you have access to the phone number you used, as the code will be sent there. If you don't receive the code, check for any issues with your mobile service and ensure that you have entered your number correctly.
