If your Telegram account is frozen, the best course of action is to continue waiting for a response to your appeal. The review process might take some time, and unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific timeframe for when you might hear back. Make sure to check your email, including your spam folder, for any communications from Telegram regarding your appeal.

If you haven't received the activation code for your Telegram account, please check the following: ensure you’ve entered the correct phone number, check your network connection, and look for the message in your SMS folder or spam folder. Sometimes, it may take a few minutes to arrive due to network issues. You can also try requesting the code again after a brief wait. If the issue persists, there may be regional restrictions or other factors affecting code delivery.

If you're encountering a message that your number is banned, it may be due to previous misuse of that number or a policy violation associated with it. Sometimes numbers are banned if they have been reported for spam or other negative activities. Consider trying a different number or ensuring that your usage aligns with Telegram's policies.

If your Telegram account was deleted, unfortunately, it's not possible to recover it. Telegram does not provide a method for account recovery after deletion. If it was a temporary deactivation, you can log back in, but for permanent deletions, you'll need to create a new account.

To update your phone number in Telegram, go to Settings, tap on your phone number, and follow the prompts to enter your new number. To log into your account using your phone number, open the Telegram app, enter your phone number, and follow the verification process. You will receive a code via SMS to confirm your identity. Ensure that you have access to the phone number associated with your account to receive the verification code.
