To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it thoroughly to ensure it meets the return criteria. Please note that custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
