We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, allowing our customers to return or exchange any item within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. For returns made within 30 days of purchase, we provide a free return shipping label, making the process seamless for our customers. After 30 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that customized and personalized items, as well as final sale merchandise, cannot be returned unless deemed defective or damaged. Customers should contact our customer service department to initiate the return process and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Overall, we aim to provide a hassle-free and fair return policy that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
