How do I return a product?

To return a product, you will need to contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once you have the RA number, securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the RA number clearly marked on it. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item and process a refund or exchange according to our return policy. Please note that some items may be subject to restocking fees or ineligible for return.
