What is your policy on backordered items?

Our policy on backordered items is as follows: If an item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that point, you will have the option to either wait for the item to become available or cancel your order and receive a full refund. We strive to keep our inventory updated in real-time, but occasionally, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, some items may become temporarily backordered. Our team works diligently to restock items as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We understand the importance of timely delivery and aim to provide accurate information and excellent customer service throughout the backorder process.
