What is the policy for pets?

At Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, we understand that pets are part of the family, so we are happy to welcome them! Our pet policy allows a maximum of two pets per room, with a weight limit of 50 pounds each. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all guests. Service animals are exempt from this fee. We kindly request that pet owners adhere to basic pet etiquette, such as keeping pets leashed in public areas and avoiding leaving them unattended in the rooms.
