Our return policy at Stella & Dot allows customers to return any unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations, so we offer a hassle-free returns process. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team or use the return label included in your package. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that personalized items, final sale items, and promotional items are not eligible for return. For more detailed information, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
